ZAXAM-TECH
Independent software projects portfolio

Building ambitious software systems from first principles.

ZAXAM-TECH is an independent portfolio of software projects spanning governed AI operations, scientific planning, quantum-engineering support, and experimental game systems. The portfolio is currently founder-led and is not presented as an incorporated company.

Flagship project · Evaluation-ready

Maestro

Governed AI Operations Platform. Maestro is designed as a control plane around agentic and AI-assisted workflows. It connects identity, authority, entitlements, quota, runtime governance, enterprise integration and audit so that execution is constrained by explicit commercial, security and operational rules rather than by model output alone.

IdentityAuthorityEntitlementsQuotaGovernanceExecutionIntegrationAudit

Current positioning: advanced technical qualification with a portable local evaluation runtime and controlled external-integration evidence. It should not be described as proven production deployment until real staging and customer pilot gates are completed.

Portfolio

Projects in active development

Each project is presented with a maturity label that reflects its present state. Research, advanced development, published demos and evaluation-ready systems are deliberately distinguished.

Advanced development · >80% reported completion

NARSY

A large multi-surface software system under advanced development, with operational tooling, workspace services, subscription administration, tool catalogs and CGT-based evaluation components. The current portfolio position is an advanced pre-release product rather than a finished commercial release.

Published browser game · itch.io

Cyclus Prime

An experimental symbolic strategy game built around five interacting elements and an adversarial entity known as n'yar. A founder-beta browser build is publicly discoverable on itch.io, while the private project continues beyond the public clean-runtime demo.

Scientific software · active development

PhiQuan

A scientific planning platform with experiment and optimization planners, governed scientific follow-up, molecular-dynamics campaign planning, reusable scientific catalogs, subscription infrastructure and self-learning runtime artifacts. Current evidence supports describing it as substantial active development, not a validated scientific product.

Quantum & engineering software · active development

SIMQAN

A broad engineering-oriented software platform combining quantum algorithm and gate catalogs, near-term execution planning, provider runtime support, noise-calibration fixtures, chip-engineering planning, engineering-drawing resources and administrative subscription surfaces.

How ZAXAM-TECH presents its work

The goal is to make technical ambition visible without overstating readiness.

Evidence before claimsPublished demos, repositories and tested runtime evidence are separated from future commercial claims.
Private/public boundariesPortfolio pages explain product value without exposing private algorithms, credentials, customer data or restricted source.
Maturity labelsEvaluation-ready, published demo, advanced development and research-stage work are identified separately.
Important: ZAXAM-TECH is currently presented here as an independent founder-led software portfolio. Any future legal entity, commercial availability, partnerships or production deployments should be stated only after they exist and can be evidenced.
