PhiQuan

A scientific planning and governed experimentation platform focused on reusable scientific workflows, experiment design, optimization and structured follow-up.

Observed project scope

Current source inventories show a substantial scientific software base rather than a single prototype script. The project contains experiment and optimization planners, platform plans and subscriptions, scientific bootstrap/re-entry logic, cross-domain governed follow-up, molecular-dynamics campaign planning and reusable scientific evidence-refresh components.

Planning

Experiment planning and optimization planning components support structured campaign preparation.

Scientific runtime

Bootstrap, follow-up and governed cycle components organize repeated scientific work.

Domain workflows

Current files include molecular-dynamics barostat and shadow-replication campaign planners.

Platform layer

Plans, subscriptions, resource catalogs and runtime operations indicate a broader product platform around the scientific core.

Current maturity

PhiQuan is under active development and has a meaningful automated test surface around optimization, scientific runtime cycles, structure topology, subscription lifecycle and scientific planners. This supports describing it as a substantial developing scientific platform.

Scientific-validation note: the existence of software workflows and tests is not equivalent to independent scientific validation. Claims about scientific accuracy, discovery outcomes or domain efficacy should be made only after appropriate external validation.
